Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals meets upon request, when there is a question of permitted land use that may not be obvious in the Zoning Resolution text or when a variance from the terms is requested. These variances may be granted where, owing to special conditions and considerations, an accurate enforcement of the Zoning Resolution would result in an unnecessary hardship to the applicant, but in such a manner so the character of Zoning is observed and retained. Its appointed (five year terms) members include:
